According to the vision and the mission stated for GH company, the external environment, internal environment and their trend analysis about the company, and the long-term objectives developed for the firm, I formulate the strategy combination as following for GH company which facing dynamic competitive conditions by way of considering and balancing the analysis result mentioned above: concentric diversification strategy, market development strategy, strategic coalition strategy, brand strategy and information strategy. By way of formulating strategies for the firm and constructively suggesting on its strategy tact and its dynamic strategy cycle under dynamic competitive conditions, I provide GH company with strategic reference in order to help the firm dispose internal resources more reasonably and improve its adaptable ability, competition ability and ability of reaction in time to the dynamic and competitive conditions in future. I also point out that GH company must keep its strategy tact forever and mention that its strategy formulation, implementation and evaluation must be coordinated developmentally and continually in order to improve dynamic and adaptable ability to take advantage of dynamic and competitive conditions more reasonably.In order to secure the implementation of its development strategy successfully, I restructure the organization, make it better and put forward some advice to GH company on constructing an efficient organization structure including internal system and external system to adapt the dynamic and competitiveconditions. For its successful development in the future under the dynamic and competitive conditions, I also put forward some advice on its organizational culture, humanizing management on human resources, real estate service brand strategy security, information system, strategic alliances, sustainable innovation capabilities, business worth, innovation, effectiveness of organization resource integration, and core competence from distinctive consolidation competence.
