The enhance of the political influence of the democratic parties is realized by participating politics construction,first,if the democratic parties want to achieve strong supervision,it must strengthen participating politics construction;Second,participating politics construction is the needs of the development of Democratic Party.The legality of the leadership of The communist party of China calls for strengtheningparticipating politics construction,first,the importance of response public opinion timely calls for strengthened participating politics construction; second,participating politics construction are the needs of stabilizing the relationship with the ruling parties and participating parties.The construction of China's political participation at this stage have achieved good results, but looking on the development of the situation.Participating construction can't keep pace of economic social, political, and cultural development needs, there are still a lot of building problems and obstacles. First, participating construction is lack of institutional safeguards, the functions of political participation lack of system description and the working mechanism of political participation is not perfect.Second, the process of political participation is lack of enough time and money.Once again, party leaders and political participation of democratic parties in the issue are lack of knowledge, party and government leaders don't understand the importance of political participation of democratic parties, this dampened the enthusiasm of the democratic parties;the democratic parties is not high awareness making the lack of power to build political participation.Democratic party is not enough integration on the power of influence;integration of social forces is not enough., what lead to democratic social influence is not enough.The author analyzes the problems existed in political participation, presented from four measures for political participation.First of all, improve the security mechanism is the need to strengthen the political participation-building.Second, improve the working mechanism of political participation,including:improve the leadership, improve research on special topics, improve the political participation incentive mechanism,establish mechanisms for resource sharing political participation.Third, strengthen the democratic self-construction.First concept to the development of democratic ideas to promote the construction; second related to an innovative concept to promote democratic organizations construction.;third, we must adopt a pragmatic belief in promoting democratic capacity-building.
