Research On Hoisting Capacity Of Government Crisis Public Relations In The Period Of Transition

All sorts of public crisis occur frequently in China in those years. They threaten the masses of the people seriously,meantime,they also brought great stress and big chanllenge to the government of China which is in the transition of economy and society.The government of China is the representative and vindicator of public interestBefore the crisis approaching,the capacity of government crisis public relations has great impact on whether the government of China can win the support and faith from the people or not,and on the good image among the masses of the people.Consequently,how to hoist capacity of government crisis public relations has become an important task for the government. This paper mainly analyses the status of the capacity of government crisis public relations taking Wenchuan Earthquake for example,summing up the advantages of government crisis public relations from the actions of the government in May 12th Wenchuan Earthquake and putting forward the necessity of hoisting the capacity of government crisis public relations.however,there are some constraints blocking the capacity of government crisis public relations,such as lacking of participation mechanism,perfect warning system of public crisis and effective protection mechanism and so on.Subsequently,it brought forward some countermeasures to balance out the shortcomings of present capacity of government crisis public relations.
