Research On The Issues Of Benefits Coordination Ability Of The Communist Party Of China And Social Integration

The Construction of harmonious society is an important task and ruling target that put forward by Communist Party of China at new period; this makes higher request to the social integration work of the CPC. Since reform and opening-up, especially in the last few years, Chinese social relation of interests has changed profoundly, not only the gap between the rich and the poor has been widening, and Interests conflicts have become complicated, these phenomenons are seriously influenceing Social harmony and stability .In order to achieve social integration, we must try to improve the ability of interests Coordination of the CPC,and construct a harmonious interest relationship. Improveing the ability of interests Coordination of the CPC is the key content of this thesis, On this basis, Research the related problems of interest coordination and social integration in the new period. Main content of the thesis has four parts. The basic theories of interest coordination and social integration were introduced. The interests difference and conflicts are the phenomenons of objective existence, they cant not be got rid of but be controled inside a reasonable scope .The interest coordination and social integration and the society integration are closely related. The ability of interests Coordination of the CPC is one of the basic abilities that the ruling party should have. The CPC should play a leading role in the the interest coordination and social integration. Analysis was made on the present condition, problem, reason and era requirements for social relation of interests in the New Period.In the New period, interests vary acutely while still shows a trend of further expansion in our country , conflicts of interest are complicated. For several reasons ,such as Uneven development of enconomic, changing of Social Construction,factors of market economy, incomplete and imperfect system ,policies deviation and corruption of some officials and cadres, social relation of interests has got complicated. According to the issue of the ability of interests coordination of the CPC ,three era requirements such as taking humans as essentials, democracy and nomocracy ,equity and justice are made by the construction of harmonious society and good governing basis . It is made clear that the Satisfaction and realization of the interest of the large labor people which constitute the majority of the population should be settled into an fundamental value orientation .The work for interests coordination should observe the principles of communion of interests, having a foothold overall, overall consideration and social equality .And these principles should be set as the basic principles. Reforming and perfecting the modes and mechanisms of interests coordination of CPC. The modes of interests coordination are historic and are of bright times nature. The CPC carries out interests coordination in the new period, should insist on both of the modes of market regulation and government macro regulation and the democratic and constitutional pattern of interests coordination. The CPC should improve the ability of interests coordination and promote social integration through developing interests coordination mechanisms, which including interests claim mechanisms ,interests distribution mechanisms, interests equilibrium mechanisms, management and alert mechanisms of interests contradictions and so on. Besides, we should pay attention to several issues,for example :improving the overall quality and ability of leading cadres, prompting them to establish correct power view and interests concept; breaking industrial monopolies and surmountting corruption; developing democracy as well as improving the people's livelihood, solving interests issues in a democratic manner.
