The Construction Of Democratic Centralism By The CPC Since The Reform And Opening Up

Democratic centralism is the CPC's fundamental organizational system and leadership system, during the long-term revolution and practice, the Communist Party of China has analyses our experiences and made remarkable contributions both in theory and practice to the enrichment and development of democratic centralism organizing principles.The present study adheres to the guidance of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, from the perspective of theory and practice, uses a method including the union of history and logic, to analyze the original sources of ideology, the course of Communist Party of China practicing the democratic centralism, and analyzing the basic experience for the Party to perfect and use democratic centralism. It also rationally ponders the problems since reform and opening-up in the construction of democratic centralism for the Party from levels of theory, institutional and execution. The research of theory is not sufficient, defective system and the execution not powerful enough, which causes serious block of thought in the proper understanding and upholding the democratic centralism. In answer to these questions, this thesis research and study on it emancipating the mind,seek truth from facts and keep pace with the times, Considering all aspects factors, puts forward some practical countermeasures such as keep system development as the central task, to strengthen the theory research, the construction of concrete system and develop education of democratic centralism thoroughly, etc.Based on the structure, the present study finds out that since the reform and opening up, the Party's democratic centralism has three characteristics: a distinctive and unique integrity, a clear strategic, a highlighting pragmatic and the profound dialectic. These three levels constitute an interdependent and systematical content of the Party's democratic centralism.In this new historical stage, the construction of the Party's democratic centralism should be further enhanced, which is the inexorable requirements for the socialist modernization and the important condition to build the Party's full of vigor . Moreover, it plays a very important role in increasing the Party's administration ability, promoting harmony in the party members throughout the whole society and building a harmonious socialist society in all-round way.
