The Research Of Community-based Correction

Community-based Correction stands for the historical trend. China's today is open, we should pursue the reform as early as possible. From July, 2003, China has conducted some experiments in some districts. So, approaching this reform from different angles is becoming more urgent and necessary. This article is aimed at probing into this model's ideological evolution, values, social basis in China and making some suggestions on how to cultivate this model in view of our national conditions.
