On The Administrative Power Operation Rule By Law In Contemporary China

This paper mainly studies the administrative power operation rule by law in contemporary China. In this paper the author firstly generalizes the concept of the administrative power, the mold of the exercise of the administrative power and the administrative power operation rule by law then makes a valuable analysis on the necessity of the administrative power operation rule by law in contemporary China, analysis obstacle factor and the present situation of current Chinese administrative rule by law specificly, and then put forward some advice: holding the basic principle of the administrative power operation rule by law; setting up the specificly measure of the administrative power operation rule by law; holding a right view on the problems of the ruling by administrative law in process. Among these, the basic principle is the basement, specific measure is crucial, problem reply is guarantee. They become one body, again join mutually, form a realization of relatively complete administrative rule by law together system.
