DongXin pharmaceutical Co. acts as Chinese traditional medicine enterprise, because of lacking of systematic human resource management tactics; there are so many problems in the firm, which directly affect its development. Studying DongXin pharmaceutical Co. in the way of 'theory and practice together' method to find out the solutions, to put forward an achievable human resource management tactics, hast he practical meaning of directing DongXin pharmaceutical Co. to develop better.Beginning with the basic theories on human resource management, the thesis analyzes four facts including human resource management tactic's position, its content, its function and its running order, which gives the help of studying the article. Secondly the thesis analyzes status in quo about the human resource management of DongXin pharmaceutical Co., the advantages and the disadvantages in the HRM; point out the problems existing in DongXin pharmaceutical Co., then puts forwards a feasible human resource management tactics, that is 'policy—system—corporation culture' model. Thirdly the thesis begins from the policy structure and management system, and analyzes the professional moral training tactics, attracting human resource tactics and choosing human. Fourthly the author dissolves the management system structure such as human resource object planning, recruitment, training, and salary management and performance appraisal. At last, prospects the future of DongXing pharmaceutical Co.'s development and inner medicine line.The thesis aims at the problem about policy structure and management system of DongXing pharmaceutical Co., and put forward an actable tactics, the settlement of the policy and system promotes the development of Dongxin. The article aims at putting forward an actable and responsible human resource management tactics, and directs DongXin pharmaceutical Co. to up rear its core competition, and creates the value to the corporation, and makes great contributions to our nation industry.
