On the basis of the above, the author gives the definition of regulation. Then this article introduces every genre of regulation and their characters. In the end, the author discusses regulatory reform.The second part describes the development situation and problem of Chinese tourism, the reason for regulation of tourism and the situation of regulation of tourism on the whole. The development situation of Chinese tourism is all right, but many questions are in existence. So the author analyses the reason of regulation of tourism. Finally, the article gives the description of the situation and problem of regulation of tourism.The third part discusses the reason of deregulation of tourism, the reason of reregulation and fundamental pattern of regulatory reform of tourism. This part is the most important part of the article, reflecting the author's main idea. In this part, the author analyses the reason of deregulation, but emphasizes the importance of reregulation. Then the author analyses the reason of reregulation. Fundamental pattern of regulatory reform of tourism is given lastly.
