Research On Human Resource Program Of The Enterprises Attached To The Department Of Transportation And Port In Dalian City

The blueprint Great Dalian City has programmed. As the basic and public industry, the development of transportation must go ahead. According to that plans, the government of Dalian City and enterprises in the field of transportation have made their own objectives in long terms. As we know, it needs a large number of special elite in this field, in order to turn all of those plans into realities. That's the base of research of this thesis.After applying the modern theory of human resource program, this thesis analyzes the current conditions of human resources of the enterprises, which are attached to the department of transportation and port in Dalian. The conclusions are there is a long way to go in the field of antecedents of structure, age structure and rank structure. Then, the thesis predicts the demands of human resources in the future, according to the collected historic data, and makes a detailed program of recruiting, training, compensation and motivation. At last the thesis chooses the Dalian Shipping Group as a case study so as to be a reference for other enterprises. Based on the theory and practices, the thesis provides the reference of human resource programming for the enterprises that are attached to the department of transportation and port in Dalian, expecting to improve the competence of the enterprises and serve the constructions of the Great Dalian City.
