| "the Cultural Revolution" was a civil strike launched for leader's mistake. It was utilized by political careerist, schemer, and brought a serious disaster to party, country and people. In the period of Cultural Revolution, though the organization of Party was paralyzed for a time, the masses of Party members did not take any regular organization activity longer, but still there was a lead ship of the party entirely. It is that Communist Party of China is the organizer and the person who commanded the Cultural Revolution, it's macroscopically regulation and control in the whole course is obvious, and it could fight back the behavior of endangering party's ruling status rapidly and effectively. We must distinguish "the Cultural Revolution" and "the Cultural Revolution period", correct leadership and wrong leader, and the exemplary vanguard role of the masses of Communists. The leader of Party is wrong basically in leading "the Cultural Revolution", but the inside resistance and struggles of the masses of Communists concluding the older generation proletariat revolutionary was correct. The leader of the party has some correct respects during "the Culture Revolution". The leader of the party has some distinct characteristics in the Cultural Revolution, for example, style of leadership are offside, the democratic centralism made way for individual makes one's own decisions without consulting with others, and correct leadership and wrong leader interweave together. The mistake of ten years of "the Cultural Revolution" has brought a enormous disaster to party, country and people and also offered some valuable lesson to us. We should insist on correct leadership of the party and democratic centralism principle, object to personality cult and the behavior that individual makes one's own decisions without consulting with others. And we should strengthen the theory construction of the thought, perfect the collective leadership system and go in for the wind of inner-party democracy a big way.
