| Summary : The Mao Zedong's and Deng Xiaoping's thoughts of being in power show extensive knowledge and the profound scholarship, and the contents arerich .This paper , beginning with these basic principles--legitimacy,integration of interests , power-controlling , Inner-party democracy, investigates Mao Zedong's and Deng Xiaoping's exploration and practice on how CCP be in power.
