Study On Social Vulnerable Group In Political Perspective

In the process of rapidly modernizing in China, the social vulnerable group living in poverty and lacking of rights, falls into the lower class. It is a special mass group composed by the poverty of economic resource and political resource that stands in an unfavorable place of the society.The issue concerned with the social vulnerable group is not only a society problem but also a political problem whose key point is the unfairness of the society. Judging from the formation of the vulnerable group, it is a derivation of imbalanced economic development of our society. The changing of social interest relations has great things to do with the market economics and political policies, particularly in the backdrop of government leading market economics and social policies. So, in order to solve the issue of vulnerable group, erasing the negative political element is the key point, and then pushing the vulnerable group to get out of the mire. Analyzing the vulnerable group in a politics perspective can make us better understanding about this issue.Comparing with superior group, this paper is focusing on the definition of the social vulnerable group in a political perspective, and analyzing its current living condition and existing problem in a political system at the backdrop of system reforming and harmonious society constructing. With such study basis, it tries to find out the crux of the issue and explore a way to solve it.As an attachment of the political relationship, the social vulnerable group is in the lowest rung of the society and reticent about political expression. It is a bearer of the cost of the reform. Unveiling gradually, the vulnerable group has become a giant hidden peril influencing the social economic development.The existence of vulnerable group hinders the constructing of harmonious society and also has some negative impacts on political development which lies in factors of its legitimating, political stability and political democracy construction etc. The formation of vulnerable group is a concrete reflection of a series of theories and real issues in the process of political reformation and development. The study emphasizes on analyzing the political formation of vulnerable group. In the objective way, the malposition of the political system reformation and economic system reformation, pattern of national power- oriented resources distribution, structure of government-oriented interest distribution, government integrated capability, lack of system policies etc make the formation of vulnerable group. With the development of harmonious society, massive vulnerable group will be adopted and merged into a normal group, cultivated and development to the middle rung of the society. To solve the issue of vulnerable group reasonably is the difficulty of this paper. The issue tires to solve this issue from the perspectives of political integration, political systemization and political democracy construction etc. so as to gradually improve the condition of the social vulnerable group in reasonable resources distribution, enhancing the political involvement, increasing the self-organization capability, guaranteeing the political rights etc. during the process of political development.The main idea of settling the issue of the social vulnerable group is the duel poverty deconstruction of vulnerable group. On one hand, we should develop economics; on the other hand, more political resources should be distributed to vulnerable group. First and foremost, improving its political stand, and then realizing its political prosperity.While for vulnerable group, predicament,misery,abandonment and death along with their poverty. What they need is our ethnical shame and social responsibility rather than our merciful smile and favors and charity. To solve the vulnerable group issue, we should take more favors to this group, let them enjoy the basic living guaranty and have the hope of getting out of the mire.
