During the period of China's urbanization, a large number of rural workers have been flooding into the cities, where they work and live, then gradually become citizen. They come across a series of conflicts and problems in the process of transferring.From the psychological perspective, this thesis, giving consideration to other disciplines' characteristics, attempts to study the various mental conflicts and problems that the rural workers are confronted with in the course of China's urbanization, based on the theories of Marxian class conflict, of the discriminating economics, of the marginalization, of the equality, of the role mentality, etc.The main bodies of this thesis are included as follows: The first part, putting forward the problem, makes a concrete analysis of the current research, purpose. The second part, the concerned theories at home and reasoning the problem, deals with the research's indispensability of mental conflicts, their manifestations, and the cause of the mental problems during the period of China's urbanization. The final part, solving the problem, provides us with the adjustment countermeasures of mental conflicts and problems of the rural workers.Through the research of the rural workers' mental characteristics, this thesis, aims at coping with the problems concerned about the rural workers conscientiously and then contributing to the harmonious and healthy development of our country by finding out the cause of the conflicts and problems and deliberating the answer to the problems.
