On Establishing China's Legal System Of Overseas Investment Reasonably

As everyone knows, it is very important of overseas investment to develop national economics for each country .For the moment, every country is practicing making investment .Chinese economics has been rapidly improved by attracting and utilizing foreign investments .After China becomes an official member of WTO. China will have more opportunities to take part in the cooperation of the world .China is becoming an organic part of international economics unify .Over20 years' progress has proved that china has enough ability to be engaged in the economics activities of the world.However, compared with our overseas investing practice, our country's legal study and construction on overseas investment relatively lagged behind the time, which restricts further development of our country's overseas investment. How to strengthen legal system research and how to improve legislation and management of china overseas investment is an urgent and hard task. Given the reality of our country's overseas investment, this thesis intends to make further research on china's legislation of overseas investment on the basis of foreign successful experience.This thesis makes a conclude that the construction of our country's overseas investment legal system reasonably, It not only needs to strengthen the process of overseas investment legislation, perfect the construction of overseas investment legal framework, but also needs to consummate the legal system of encouraging and promoting the foreign investment, to consummate the overseas investment insurance legal scheme, to reform and consummate the administrative system of overseas investment. We may believe that the scientific and systemic overseas investment system is helpful to resolve the problem of overseas enterprise which meets in the investment process and improve the management of overseas enterprise; it will promote our overseas investment further development.
