Exploratory Research On The Relationship Of "Political Power And Civil Rights" In The Social Transition Period Of China

The correct analysis of the relationship between political power and civil rights is the first basically theoretical issues and practical issues in the political development process for every country. All countries in the world need to follow the general law of the development and evolution of human social politics, and combine the characteristics of their own to solve these two problems. Attempts to start from the China's social transition which is the special circumstances of China, the author briefly discusses the basic knowledge about the social transition, and thinks that China is now in a modified model of the social transition period. During this period, the correct analysis of the relationship between the political power and civil rights is having great significance for the building of socialist democratic politics, the building a harmonious relationship between the political power and civil rights and the promoting of China's social and political modernization process.In this paper, the author briefly reviews the different analysis of the relationship between the political power and civil rights in Chinese and foreign political history by integrating historical method and logistic method, trying to find out the main evolution direction of the relationship between political power and civil rights and the basic law of properly handling the relations between the political power and civil rights, and exploring the basic principles and the basic way of building a harmonious political power and civil rights in China.Based on Marxist political theory, the author analyses the issues about the dialectic relations between the political power and civil rights on the whole in six analytical aspects which are order, degree, hardness and easiness, hugeness and narrowness, false or true, vagary and common. With this analysis guiding, the author proposes the concept, ability and system building issues of political power and civil rights while we are building a socialist harmonious political power and civil rights.
