Fragmentation of international law has been a fashionable term in the field of international law since it raised by Western scholars.We have generally cognized international law is changing profoundly,despite some cognitions about fragmentation of international law are preliminary.Fragmentation of international law can affect the validity of international law seriously,which leads to the high attentions of international community.Under the context of fragmentation of international law,the importance of international organization cooperation stands out. And only in cooperative way can international organizations govern the international affairs better.The thesis does research on international organization cooperation under the context of fragmentation of international law.In addition to the introduction and the conclusion,the thesis is divided into four chapters.Chapter One———The Legal Conflicts among International Organizations under the Context of Fragmentation of International Law.Starting from fragmentation of international law,this chapter describes legal conflicts of preliminary rules and that of secondary rules among international organizations,then analyses the causes of the legal conflicts among international organizations in the view of development patter further.Chapter Two———The Basis of International Organization Cooperation.This chapter establishes the social and legal basis for international organization cooperation through analyzing anarchy that is the deep hiberarchy of the international community where international organizations operate,interdependence character of international affairs which are governed by international organizations and the legal principle and rules for international organization cooperation.Chapter Three———The Framework of International Organization Cooperation: Taking the Cooperation between WTO and IMF as an Example.By way of empirical approach and case study,this chapter deconstructs the cooperative relationship among international organizations in jurisdiction field and cross-issue area through two cases of WTO,and accordingly constructs the framework of international organization cooperation in the rough.Chapter Four———The Prospect of International Organization Cooperation.This chapter states the prospect of international organization cooperation,summarizes the useful experience that worth learning from the existing international organization cooperation,and points out the deficiencies that need improving in the future of international organization cooperation.
