A Study On The Governing Practice Of British Labor Party's Third Way

The third way of British labor party has been a kind of governing stand carried out since labor party got the governing power led by Tony Blair. It not only has solved a series of problems, but also has been made British socio-economic stable development and sustained growth, and actively led Britain to integrate into the European and world affairs. On the basis of scholars' study on the third way both at home and abroad, this paper makes a detailed description of the Labor Party's third way in the formation process, the content and the governing practice through the inductive synthesis method. The paper summarizes that British Labor Party's third way has characteristics of pragmatism, innovation and sense of times. Then the paper comments its essence with the Marxist viewpoint.
