A Tentative Study Of Legal Strategies To Handle Mass Incidents

With regard to the disposal of mass incidents has been a hot topic in the academic community, but from the perspective of Law systematic research and analysis is still one of the few. Mass incidents have been used as a social phenomenon, in dealing with political events, the law in which the role and contribution has been ignored by the people. This article is the perspective of the rule of law in the conduct of this analysis and discussion in order to explore the appropriate strategy for the rule of law to deal with and dispose of the case group. The full text is divided into four main parts:The first part is introduction, which presents the background of this research and the studying method. Starting from the current condition of mass events and employing the methods of literature studies, case studies, and summing up experiences, this paper aims to discuss the legal strategy to properly deal with the mass events.The second part is on an overview of mass incidents, respectively, both at home and abroad to explain the "mass incidents" as defined in standards and the same "group activities" made a comparative analysis. Followed by an analysis of "mass incidents" of the constituent elements, groups of events, including the main elements of the constituent elements, object elements, subjective and objective elements of the elements. With the development of society, groups, events have shown the new features and new trends. In addition, this part has made a preliminary analysis of the "mass incidents" of the legal nature.
