The In-service Training Study Of Liaoning Vocational College Professional Teachers

As a special type of higher education, Higher Vocational Education plays a positive role for social progress and development, and has become the consensus of all countries. with the development of social economy, and the upgrading of industrial structure, the community for the quality of higher vocational education put forward increasing demands, however, the high level of educational quality is the basis of high-quality teachers. Only continue to participate in in-service training, Vocational teachers can have stocky knowledge and deep expertise, improve and enhance the quality of the teachers; and it can improve the current status of vocational college teachers, the overall level of teachers. This is also the only way of the development of vocational education, as well as for the future, however, at present, the training process of vocational teachers has many problems, and these problems result in low effect of teachers'training, which also hamper the higher education development.Firstly, this paper is on the basis of Theory of Teacher Professional Development, Lifelong Education Theory and Human Capital Investment Theory, then, analyzes the content and characteristic of in-service training. Then, By using comparative analysis, the paper studies in-service training of Germany, Australia and the United States, and summarizes the foreign experience and enlightenment. On this basis, with the case of Liaoning vocational college teachers, the paper studies the status of in-service training of Liaoning vocational education. And from it, we can seek the problems in the training process. such as, training content pertinence, lack of training funds. To solve these problems, the paper proposes specific measures on in-service training of Liaoning higher vocational education. It will make professional teachers'training play a greater effectiveness.
