Research On The Daily Life Of Primary School Teachers

Education is an impotant state plan. Teachers is the backbone of education's existance and development. Presently, the society focus on teachers very much, and in the sanme time on the quality of teachers'life state which is related to the quality of education. On the perspective of requirement of reality, the teachers'daily life need the attention, and need the whole society's and teachers'own effort to imprvoe the present state.This paper take qualitative research theory as instruction, and adopting life history to study the teachers'daily iife,including the investigation and aniysis the working life and leisure life. At the very beginning of my research, I elected some primary school teachers as the respondents which is classified by sex, age, school age, post, teaching duty, marital status and living area. By way of interview, questionnaire survey, observation and object analysis, I collected the real natrual material of teachers'life. By this natrual way, we can face with real life of teachers, can grasp the affection of teachers, and present the "sound" of teachers. For the analysis of the collected material, this paper focuses on the intensive problems reflected on individual difference by teachers and meanwhile pay more attention to the relationship between the working life and leisure life. And then, by the deep analysis of various dimensions of teachers'life,this paper concludes the state of teachers'life.Through the research, this paper make a conclusion that teachers are not satisfied with the present working life state, also means in the teachers'opinion, degree of satisfaction is low, and the problems are about remuneration, pressure from work and society. On the other aspect, teachers are not satisfied with the present leisure life, and the problems are about the shortage of leisure time and monotony of content. Based on the above conclusion, this paper try to offer a proposal to improve the teachers'life, hoping the society care for the teachers'state,especially the pressure and psychology state; being concerned about the qulity of teachers'leisure life.especially the influnce on the working life.
