Education is life."Life determines your education".As the most direct relevant workers to the education,the quality of the teacher's life is related to the quality of education.However,for many years,people are concerned about teacher's life in a relatively single and idealized professional life dimension of teachers;lacking of consideration for teachers' complete and real life,neglecting the existence of teachers which are independent and developing subjects;less paying attention to the overall life of the teacher from an integrated perspective.To a certain extent,the single and non-integration research of teacher's life restricts the growth of teachers.Exploring the multi-dimensional life of teachers and the harmonious integration of their lives is the core of promoting teachers' complete life outlook renewal and self-life reconstruction,and is an effective way to promote teachers' growth.First of all,based on the existing life structure research,this study follows Heller's theory of daily life and Marx's theory of time,follows the rules of individual self-development of teachers,and clarifies the new understanding of teacher life from the perspective of wholeness and harmony.And this is a basis which is to construct the relationship hypothesis between teachers' life and growth.In this hypothesis,daily life is the premise and foundation of teachers' self-development;teaching life is the main position for teachers' professional growth;leisure life is the free space for teachers' all-round development,and its structural integrity and relationship harmony can promote the perfection of teachers' life.But however,the incompleteness of its structure and the imbalance of relations inhibit the growth of teachers.The assumption of the relationship between teacher's life and teacher's growth is a concise development of teachers and an effective path for teachers to rebuild their own lives.Secondly,based on the relationship hypothesis between teachers' life and growth,the questionnaire on the status quo of primary school teachers and the outline of interviews for life integration are compiled.Through the investigation of the living conditions of primary school teachers in Wuxi,it is found that the overall life of the research subjects is at a medium level.The relationship between their lives is at the middle-lower level,indicating that the life of the subjects is in an incomplete and unharmonious state;the daily and teaching life are relative disconnect between leisure life,lack of mutual connection and support,and there are certain problems in each form of life.1.The daily life of primary school teachers is at a medium level.They have the largest proportion of daily life,but they are squeezed by teaching life and it is difficult to achieve a balance between work and life.2.The teaching life of primary school teachers is at a medium level.They are subject to greater physical and mental stress in teaching,and overwhelmed by teaching chores,presenting a trend of daily life.3.The leisure life of primary school teachers is at the middle-lower level.Their leisure life is blurred or generalized.Their cognition and practice of leisure life are not matched,and there is a lack of personalized content and methods.4.Differences in the demographic variables of multi-dimensional life of primary school teachers:(1)Daily life: With the increase of teaching age,the higher education they received,the lower scores of daily life they got;with the improvement of health status,the improvement of teaching award level and the smooth growth of children,the score of daily life increases;the scores of urban school teachers are higher than those of township schools.(2)Teaching life: With the improvement of the award level,the improvement of children's growth status and the increase of teaching age and physical age,the score of teaching life increases;with the increase of academic qualifications,the score of teaching life decreases;the gender of teaching life is different,and the score of male is higher than that of female teachers who teach the third and fourth grades score higher than other grade teachers.(3)Leisure life: With the improvement of health status,the level of teaching awards and the smooth growth of children,the score of leisure life increases;with the increase of teaching age,the score of leisure life decreases;the urban teachers' score are higher than the township teachers;the teachers who teach the third and fourth grades have the highest scores..Finally,through case interviews of primary school teachers' life integration,researchers also found that they have low awareness of complete life,weak sense of unity of life,and there is a big two-way effect between work and life.In view of the problems existing in the life of primary school teachers,based on the full life of primary school teachers,we put forward the strategy of teachers to lead the whole body to harmony: to pay attention to your own life and enhance your reflection on life;to improve your courage to life,and enrich your life and nourish your teachers' lives;to strengthen the integration of life and build a complete and harmonious life.
