Research On Operating Management Pattern Of Athletes' Village Of The 11th National Games Of China

National Games of China (abbreviated as "National Games") is the large-scale comprehensive Games with the highest standard of our country. Games hold every four years, has held 11 times. The 11th National Games has held at Shandong province at October 2009, and the 12th will held at Liaoning in 2013.All reception works was in charge of Administration received Department of Organizing Committee in recent games such as the Ninth, Tenth National Games。According to the principle of nearby (distance from venue), competitions in project concentrated relatively, Athletes, coaches and staff members travelling with the team were arranged in hotels dispersed, relying on the hotel services and facilities, to provide accommodation for sports teams and other services. In this study, this is defined as "dispersed settlement patterns". The Eleventh National Games set up the first athletes'village in the history of National Games, It is large-scale hotel clusters which provide a unified living accommodation service for the sports teams who participate in the finals in the main stadium National Games, and in centralized residence, centralized management, this study defined as "the mode of athletes' village of 11th National Games".In this study, based on the use of management-related theory, around 11 Games athletes village, of its management system, operation mechanism, sports team athletes'satisfaction on village and the impaction, and make operating management pattern of athletes'village of 11th National Games comparisons with dispersed settlement patterns which relying on the hotel services and facilities and Beijing athletes'village of 29th Olympic games, finding out athletes'village of 11th National Games'problems, put forward a sound main solution and provide decision making for the future establishment and operational management of China's National Games athletes village.Regard athletes'village of 11th National Games------the first athletes' village in our National Games'history as its main research object, the research methods of this paper include documentary, interview, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis.The paper includes 5 parts altogether:Part one is the preface, mainly explain the research background, purpose and meaning of the thesis; Part two is a literature review of relevant theories of operating management pattern, pattern and briefly analyzed the birth and development of the Olympic Village; Part three is research object, content, method, thinking; Part four is study result and analysis, including the following contents specifically:the status of reception services of National Games, management system, operation mechanism, sports team athletes'satisfaction on village and the impaction of 11th National Games, comparisons with dispersed settlement patterns, operating management pattern of Beijing athletes' village of 29th Olympic games and its experience to use for reference by athletes'village of National Games, major problems of operating management pattern of athletes'village of 11th National Games and responses for perfecting. Part five is the conclusion. Through analyzing, the paper draws the following main conclusions:(1) Reception serving works of National Games mainly in two forms:one is dispersed settlement patterns which relying on hotel services and facilities, decentralized management; the other is the start of the Eleventh National Games cluster of large hotels-Athletes Village model, centralized management. (2) The management system of 11th National Games athletes' village as follows:under the leadership of the organizing committee in 11 Games Jinan Division, build three run organization of leadership, management, operation, to implement the responsibility classification system under the leadership of the village committee. Composition of three-run organization showed the following characteristics:staff mostly from government agencies, drawn from administrative units, and units in many categories; personnel deployed basically meet the principle of "hand specializes in special classes," "occupation, trade or Business matching ", greatly improved work efficiency. The 11th National Games athletes'village set up document, system, communication, conferences, training and other operational mechanism to make its function optimize and implementation. (3) Village-sports made satisfaction with teams on the volunteers, service attitude, security services, the basic operation and management model met the needs of athletes, has had a profound impact on National Games, host, development and construction side, leaving a valuable legacy. But there are some problems need to be further improved and enhanced. (4) Compared to dispersed settlement patterns, operation and management mode of Beijing Olympic Village of the 29th Olympic Games, the 11th athletes village of National Games has shortcomings mainly in the functions of the orientation model, the organizational settings, service settings, housing allocation, security, catering, transport and other aspects, need to further improve and enhance. (5) Through scientific and precise organization settings, starting from the athletes needs, improve service facilities, adjustment of housing allocation, increase the room facilities and equipment, work practice in the security " inside square, outside cylindrical" further strengthen the dining environment and quality monitoring, additional athletes village and the city center and from the bus lanes and other measures to increase the variety of modes of transport can improve the operation and management mode athletes'village of National Games.
