With the ongoing curriculum reform, classroom teaching increasingly emphasizes students'innovation capability and mathematical literacy cultivation. In high school math class, paying attention to stimulate students' interest and autonomous learning consciousness appears especially important, According to the characteristics of high school mathematics knowledge; undoubtedly, it's a very good way to create effective problem situation for promoting students' thinking participation.Based on the theories and experimental teaching, it focuses on the study of the effective-ness of "problem-context" in high school mathematics classroom teaching. First, combining the current first teachers' teaching process and some errors of "problem-context" existed in teaching, this text concretely analyzed the necessity of creating "problem-context" and represented the meanings and value of the study, Then it explained and analyzed the relevant research with the question situation at home and abroad, presented the related theoretical foundation, and the concept of "problem-con text". In this paper the concept of the problem-context comparatively broad, it includes not only common adaptation situation, but also mathematics knowledge itself and the inner link, etc. Then expounds the related elements of question situation and the basic principles of creating effective problem situation:(1)Basing on the teaching goal; (2) revealing the essence of mathematics; (3) Basing on the student existing knowledge experience; (4) having diversity and different levels; (5) saving classroom resources and easy to operate. Then, on the basis of these principles this text showed some strategies of establishing effective problem-context with some specific teaching examples:Creating "staged", "diversity", "be rich in culture and life ", "contradictions type" and "explore type" problem-context. And finally it showed a experiment teaching experiment, in order to learn the students'interest in learning mathematics, the text took in the form of questionnaire survey, the pre-text scores were mid-term exam scores and four times unit testing were post-text scores of two classes respectively, and the results showed that taking "effective problem situation" teaching strategies results in a positive impact to student's interest in learning mathematics and math scores.The innovation of this paper lies in mathematical knowledge itself to the inner connection also regarded as the context of the problem. It's a combination of high school mathematics knowledge itself, but due to the characteristics of sample and research level limit, this study still has some limitations and inadequate, expect a follow-up study be full.
