The Special Quality And Training Of The Students In The Secondary Technical School

The target of secondary technical education is to take the market and employment as a direction, and train the students to be specialized practical and technical talented persons demanded by the society. Whether the talented persons cultivated by a secondary technical school meet the demand of the society depends on the training of the students' special quality in the secondary technical school. However, with the reform of education system and the further extension of higher education insitutions and senior high school, the situation of enrollments in secondary technical schools is more and more rigorous, the new students'quality is in the declining trend. Part of the secondary technical students are tired of learning, copy other's homework, cheat in the exam, and they are addicted to Internet, and begin premature love. They are late or absent for school, even fight each other. If this situation doesn't change, it will affect their healthy development and the prospect of the employment directly.This thesis starts from the characteristics of the secondary technical students and the demand of the society, and puts forward the issue of training the students'special quality in the secondary technical school. The ultimate aim of the project study is to improve the students'ability to find a job or start their own business and the ability to meet the demand of the society. During the study, I make the theoretical analysis by means of the theory and experience, at home and abroad, of the quality education and special quality training of the students in the secondary technical school. And I have further discovered the defect of the special quality of the students in the secondary technical school through questionnaire survey. Meanwhile I try to make analysis and exploration to find out the problem in the process of the students' special quality training through various practical teaching cases and put forward different kinds of thought and tentative plans.The thesis is composed of four chapters, which introduce the special quality and its contents of the secondary technical school students, the importance of such special quality training, the problem and causes of the special quality training of the secondary technical school students, solution of strenghening the special quality training respectly. The first chapter describes the structure and basic requirement of the special quality. The second chapter points out the importance of the special quality based on the social development, personal development and school development. The third chapter describes the problem and causes of the special quality training of the secondary technical school students and the four chapter explores the solution of the special quality training for the secondary technical school students in view of the training aim, practical teaching, structure teaching, emotion education and employment instruction. And the thesis adopts the innovative theory, e.g. " facing the society", " being guided by the market". "adopting enterprise's mechanism" and "practical teaching", stresses the innovative- education thought of sociality, marketing, practicality, etc., and combines organically the subjects teaching and the students'special quality training in the secondary technical school.I hope that, by means of the study and exploration of the thesis, I can put forward some thought and ways for the secondary technical students'special quality training and their successful taking up an occupation and establishing their own business, so as to make contribution to the education reform of secondary technical schools.
