Question asking is a frequently way used in the junior maths class, the quality and level of asking questions will affect the teaching directly.As a commonly used way, question asking owns particular regularity and functions. Many scholars and teachers have made relevant study on question asking methods theoretically and practically. But in most of teaching process, some teachers even regard question asking as a simple teaching method and don't use scientifically. The questions from the teachers aren't able to help the teachers reach the teaching aims. Therefore, optimized strategy research is still an important project.The essay inductions and analyses the meaning and model etc. of question asking, and presents the theory of effective mathematics question-asking according the ubiquity of misunderstanding of mathematics question-asking. A questionnaire was adopted in the experiment and junior maths teachers and students gave out the answers, with the purpose to find out the views, manifestations, expectation of the students and the attitude, application of the teachers. From the questionnaire, the writer analyses the teachers' and students' psychology in question asking, and presents the crux affect the efficiency of question asking. Based on all these outcomes, the writer puts forward optimization methods of junior maths question asking, consisting pay attention to propose questions, optimize asking strategy and feedback timely.I hope my research can help maths teachers considerate more about the question asking skills to optimize asking strategy, excite study motivation, improve study enthusiasm, culture thinking and promote the professional development of maths teachers.
