This study inquired the current training situation of the Macao inter-school volleyball players, according to the questionnaire research, 70.6% of the players consider the ratio of strength conditioning within the training must be increased, since this may enhances the physical quality of the players. Moreover, this study also measured the height of the inter-school volleyball players, which found out that the players in Macao are relatively shorter that other vicinities. The average height of Group A (age17 to 20); Group B (age 15 to 16) and Group C (below age 15) are 175.78 cm; 172.078 cm and 156.342 cm respectively. According to the inferiority of the height condition of the Macao inter-school volleyball players; raising the players'physical quality (especially for the anaerobic working capacity and Vertical jumping ability) is a major influence for the competition result. Hence, by means of focus on the players'Anaerobic working capacity and Vertical jumping ability, this study arranged the player to involve the 60 meters sprint and drop jumping training, which were helped to investigate the effectiveness of those training for increasing the players'Anaerobic working capacity and Vertical jumping ability. The founding in this study may contribute for the further training program about the players'Anaerobic working capacity and Vertical jumping ability within Macao, the major conclusions as the following1. The peak anaerobic power had a significant positive correlation with Vertical jumping ability (p< 0.01); The mean anaerobic power also showed a significant positive correlation with Vertical jumping ability(p< 0.01). These founding assess the tight and positive correlation between Anaerobic working capacity and Vertical jumping ability.2. This study analyzed the correlation between the three indexes within anaerobic working capacity, they are peak anaerobic power, mean anaerobic power and power decline. The result reflected a significant positive correlation between peak anaerobic power and power decline (p<0.01); as well as a significant positive correlation between peak anaerobic power and mean anaerobic power (p<0.01), however, there is no significant correlation between mean anaerobic power and power decline (p> 0.05). There is not valid to evaluate the level of the players' Anaerobic working capacity without a complete significant level between those three indexes.3. The Anaerobic working capacity showed an obvious natural increasing phenomenon during the three months. The 60 meters sprint did not show any significant effect for increasing the peak anaerobic power, however, refer to the T-test and means analysis, the training of 60 meters sprint still displayed a tendency for raising the peak anaerobic power. Furthermore, the 60 meters sprint training showed an obvious effectiveness for raising the mean anaerobic power (p<0.05).4. The Vertical jumping ability revealed an apparently natural increasing phenomenon within three months, the drop jumping exercise is highly improving the ability of Vertical jumping (p<0.05).5. The phenomena of natural enhancement of Anaerobic working capacity and Vertical jumping ability explained that, the period in primary and secondary school is a sensitive phase for the athlete to develop the Anaerobic working capacity and Vertical jumping ability, while their capacity and ability will increase progressively during the time. If the initial selection could be concentrated on the scientific approach and involve the systematically training during this sensitive phase, as well as combining the training of 60 meters sprint and drop jumping exercise, this must boost for the improvement of athletes'Anaerobic working capacity and Vertical jumping ability.
