Vertical jump ability is a large proportion in the sports training, especially for the professional athletes’ training.The research on vertical jump is significant for sports practice.In the field of research, many scholars both at home and abroad are committed to use sports biomechanics,exercise physiology,sports medicine and so on to explain the vertical jump and sports injuries related to vertical jump.Six subjects were volunteered to participate in the experiment,The use of three-dimensional force-conductor(KISTLER,1000Hz) and QUALISYS-MCU500 synchronization measurement methods.We selected "achieving maximum height" as logic goal,the theory of vertical jumping as study bases,the no arm of vertical jump as acontrast,and then discussed the inherent logics of kinematics parameters and kineticsparameters as well as interrelationships and external principles on the effect of different forms of jumping.The revealing the internal law of the vertical jump contributes to further understand vertical jump.providing the theoretical to sports training,new ideas of training and a certain degree of theoretical support to the human body model.The vertical jump is divided into three phases,take-off,flying, landing in this study.This article focused on the characteristics of take-off phase,the take-off stage is divided into two phases buffer and leg stretch..The results show that the arms’ contribution to vertical jump is 16.95%.From the kinematic parameters the result was due to the participation of more stretching of the hip,from the kinetic parameters the result shows that arms motion can shorten the time from minimum force to maximum force during legs’ stretching time,but increase the time between max force to the moment when to fly,this will increase the impulse,for the same person,increasing impulse means improving the take-off speed,of course,it will improve the jumping height.The study showed that the peak landing force does not have,a linear correlation with the jumping hight,but have a negative linear correlation with the knee joint angle. The result shows that step-by-step movement on the vertical jumping height of the contribution rate of 9.84%,and step-by-step moving average speed and braking speed at the foot touch the force-conductor have a linear correlation with junping hight,especially the latter has a highly relevant with jumping hight.Because there is a velocity before the foot touch the force-conductor in a step-by-step movement,this will lead to the linear correlation between impulse and jumping hight unreliable.By the analysis of experiments,we concluded:To strengthen both sides muscles’ fast strength of the lower limbs.To strengthen the volleyball players dorsal and buttocks muscles’ strength training.Pay attention to the players internal co-ordination in the training,which will help increase the volleyball athletes pushing efficiency.
