On The Function And Construction Of The Campus Culture Of The Middle School

Education is a kind of social practice and the school is an important institution to train people. From the day the school emerged, a large member of researches on how to render the school to train talented persons of high quality is made. Today, as the research of education theory and the reform of education are continuously going into depth, people抯 attention turn form the education systems of school, the course offered and the method of education to the exclusive field including the whole school life, and then, the practice and the research of the campus culture are emerged. Contents of the campus culture are plentiful: They do not only imply the student抯 extracurricular activities or the teachers?and students?cultural life in their spare time. The campus culture can be expressed to the campus construction in the level of the physical culture and all kinds of the regular rules in the level of the system culture, but the more important level is in the mental culture, including the administering idea, moral concepts, traditional ideas, and campus atmosphere; etc. they are just the internal force to develop the school, they can affect the students?development course silently. This article can be divided into two parts. The first part discusses the campus culture抯 contents and domain concentrative. Firstly, the article discusses the origin of the campus culture; secondly, the article analyses the main functions of the campus culture of the middle school; finally, on the basis of the analysis of the function of the middle school抯 campus culture on the quality training of the middle school students the article puts forward the necessity of the construction of middle school抯 campus culture. The second part discusses the construction of the middle schools?campus culture. Abiding by the internal law of the campus culture, the author puts forward principles and methods of the construction of the middle school抯 campus culture; and depending on the author抯 knowledge, some cases about the construction of the middle school抯 campus culture are researched. Lastly, the author puts forward some ways to solve questions of the construction of the middle school抯 campus culture.
