During the present time, as the social development demonstrates, competition of the countries in the world essentially is competition of the talents and the educations. Wushu schools are the part of the foundation education and a form of non-government schools. The qualities of the wushu schools often directly determine the accomplishments of their school students. Therefore the wushu schools as well as other schools undertake the important historic tasks in transferring China culture. The wushu schools established recent years is not only trained many wushu athletes for the wushu movement, but also made great contributions to the development of China tradition culture, popularization of the wushu movement, and improvement of people health. At the same time, the wushu schools meet many kinds of needs, such as the developments of different non-government schools, market economy, and the wushu itself. The facts show the wushu schools are popular. In this paper, the analysis of literature, investigation, logical analysis, and statistics analysis were adopt to discuss the important function of wushu schools in socialistic modernization construction in our country, and take apart the primary question and rootstock through penetrating into the actuality of wushu schools in Henan province to find the reasonable countermeasure of wushu schools development. But according to my research, the wushu schools also faces the problems in its developing. The first, the lack relative laws, so we could not know which part of the government should have the right to examine and approve the wushu schools. The second, the wushu schools are different from the other schools, how to manage a 3wushu school? Most of managers of the w-ushu schools are not wofth their salt. Themanagement of the most wushu schools is rough and tumbles. The third, most ofmanagers of the wushu schools did not give enough attention to political education.The forth, the culture education of many wushu schools is merely nominal. The fifth,the lack of good teachers is the most serious problem. Because the work is very hard,salary is low; the job of the wushu schools often is not attractive. The sixth, most of thewushu schools lack of the caPital that is necessmp for the developmeflt of the schools.By collecting literature, making interview and survey, my research examines andanalyzes above problems. For resolving the problems, my thesis suggests: makingrelative laws for the wushu schools; giving some education to the managers of thewushu schools; establishing some rules for the political education in the wushu schools;"policy of culture education" should be put in effect; training the teachers of the wushuschools by different channels; allowing the wushu schools to raise money through thediverse ways. I believe that above measures will improve the situation of the wushuschools and be helpful to the development of the wushu schools.
