Effects Of Different Exercises On Kidney Function Of Wushu Routine Athletes

At present, we have gradually researched proteinuria deeply. It is possible for us to research it through molecule level because of the development and application of theory and technology in molecule and cell biology field. After sufficient investigation from the international reports, combining the fact of today's wushu routine training, we designed these experiments.This paper mainly studied the effects of different exercise (the quality exercise, the maximal intensity of technical exercise, the middle intensity of technical exercise) on kidney function of male wushu routine athletes. Seven wushu routine athletes were tested on urine Tp, Alb, & 2-MG and serum Ang II, CK, BUN. There were measured and analyzed quantitatively. The purposes of the present study were to find out the changes regularity and provide some theoretical basis and guidance to the training, competition and recovery of the athletes.These problems have not been studied nowdays. It has not been reported for the effects of different exercises on kidney function of wushu routine athletes. Seven male athletes came from the wushu routine team of P. L. A. They have engaged in this item for some years. All parameters were observed before, after three different kinds of exercise, and in next morning, respectively. Above indexes were analyzed by statistic method.These results were as follows:1. The kidney function of wushu routine male athletes had all changed after three different kinds of exercise. Urine Tp, Alb, P j-MG increased. The different exercises changed kidney function in different degree and different parts. The urine Tp after the maximal intensity of technical exercise was higher than the quality exercise (PO.05). The urine P i-MG after the maximal intensity of technical exercise was higher than the middle intensity of technical exercise (P<0.05).2.The ingredient of urine was different from each other after different exercise. Urine Alb change after the quality exercise was biggest. The impairing part was glomerulus. These told us that different exercise resulted in different degree and different part harm to kidney function.3.The increasing of urine Tp, 3 2-MG after the maximal intensity of technical exercise was biggest. It was higher than the middle intensity of technical exercise (PO.05). Theincreasing degree of urine Alb after the maximal intensity of technical exercise was lower than the quality exercise. We could conclude that the maximal intensity of technical exercise can change kidney function in glomerulus and uriniferous tubles.4. AngH performed differently in different exercise. Angll raised striking after the quality exercise .The raise degree of Angll after the quality exercise was highest, the middle intensity of technical exercise lowest Analyzing correlation between Ang II and Urine Tp, Alb, P 2-MG, we found that the change of Ang II was in accord with the change of urine Alb, and that Ang II performed in glomerulus. So we could think that Ang II can be a valid index on deciding whethetr the kidney function is changed.5. The effects of CK, BUN were different on athletes after different exercise. CK after a day in the quality exercise and the maximal intensity of technical exercise were higher significantly than the middle intensity of technical exercise( PO.05). We could conclude that CK after a day was not recovery, because the exercise intensity was too high. The effect for BUN after the quality exercise was higher. This indicted that the exercise quantity of the quality exercise was higher than the maximal and middle intensity of technical exercise. These indicated that CK, BUN are index to reflect the degree of recovery. Therefore we reminded that the coaches should arrange rest time reasonably, pay attention to the means of recovery.
