Objective:Detection and analysis the changes of Urine Ketone Body,Urine Occult Blood,Urine Protein and other indicators in young men who live in l765 meters?4255meters?15 days and 4255 meters?1 year after graded exercise testing.By analyzing the correlation between exercise duration and the changes of urinary biochemical indicators,aims to explore the feasibility of urine biochemical indicators as the index of predicting exercise load intensity.To provide a scientific basis and early warning in young men who rapidly assess to higher altitude that assessing load exercise intensity.It has certain scientific significance and application value for the prevention the sports injury of high altitude.Methods:Useing two-factors and multi-levels analysis of variance analysis design,detecting the young men'Urine Ketone Body,Urine Occult Blood,Urine Protein,Heart Rate,and Percutaneous Oxygen Saturation at different altitudes after exercise.Experimental grouping:?1?Lower altitude group,89 subjects,tested in a certain place in Yecheng County,Kashi,Xinjiang,with an average altitude of 1765 meters;?2?Quickly access to higher altitude group,75 subjects were followed up and tested by Yecheng,Xinjiang;?3?Living higher altitude?1years group,96 subjects,tested in a certain place in Ali,Tibet,with an average altitude of4255 meters.Experimental method:using a power bicycle with a telemetry cardiopulmonometer to test the aerobic capacity of the body in the form of increasing load exercise.The starting power is 50W,which is increased by 15W per minute.The test ends when the body reaches the maximum oxygen uptake determination standard.Using the self-developed software that"System of Military Fatigue Test?SFT?"V1.0 to detect indicators,such as urine ketone body,urine occult blood,urine protein,heart rate,blood oxygen saturation,simple response time,memory span and other indicators in the quiet state and after exercise.Using the spss22.0 software to statistics experimental data,data comparison between groups was analyzed using Independent-samples T Test.The results were expressed as?X±S,with a significant difference of P<0.05 and a very significant difference of P<0.01.The correlation between exercise duration and changes in urine ketone bodies was analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficient?Pearson?,and the value range was[-1,1]:|r|was a strong correlation between 0.8-1;0.6-0.8 There is a strong correlation between them;between 0.4-0.6 is a medium correlation;between 0.2-0.4 is a weak correlation;0means wireless correlation.Results:?1?After increasing load exercise,the urine ketone body concentration increased significantly from 37.77±15.95mg/L to 49.08±10.06mg/L in young men at lower altitude?*P<0.05?,only 1 out of 89 subjects showed positive in urine ketone body;The urine ketone body concentration increased significantly from 47.58±18.32mg/L to 66.98±17.36mg/L in young men at higher altitude?*P<0.05?,only 4 out of 96 subjects showed positive in urine ketone body;After quickly access to higher altitude,the urine ketone body concentration increased significantly in young men?*P<0.05?.?2?After increasing load exercise,the urine protein concentration increased from0.33±0.13mg/mL to 0.42±0.14mg/mL in young men at lower altitude,only 1 out of 89 subjects showed positive in urine protein;The urine protein concentration increased significantly from 0.36±0.13mg/mL to 0.51±0.12 mg/mL in young men at higher altitude?*P<0.05?,only 3 out of96 subjects showed positive in urine protein;After quickly access to higher altitude,the urine pritein concentration increased significantly in young men?*P<0.05?.?3?After increasing load exercise,the urine occult blood concentration increased from0.014±0.0018mg/dL to 0.020±0.013mg/dL in young men at lower altitude,only1 out of 89 subjects showed positive in urine occult blood;The urine occult blood concentration increased significantly from 0.018±0.009mg/dL to 0.028±0.011 mg/dL in young men at higher altitude?*P<0.05?,only 4 out of 96 subjects showed positive in urine occult blood?4?The changes of urine ketone body and urine protein concentration were strongly positively correlated with the exercise duration of aerobic exercise?0.6<r<0.8?,the changes of urinary occult blood concentration were weakly correlated with the exercise duration of aerobic exercise?0.2<r<0.4?.?5?After quickly access to higher altitude,the Spo2 decreased significantly and was lower than normal?88.74±11.06?,Heart rate increased significantly from 70.23±10.58 beats/min to 92.63±18.52 beats/min in quiet state?*P<0.05?,young men who live in higher altitude?1year,the spo2 returned to normal?92.33±6.34?.?6?After increasing load exercise,the simple response of the low-altitude body decreased from 0.621±0.41s to 0.623±0.29s,and the memory span decreased from 8.84±1.49 to 8.63±1.59.Conclusion:?1?At 1765 meters and 4255 meters altitude,increasing load exercise can increase the concentration of young men's urine ketone body,urine protein,and urine occult blood;?2?After quickly access to higher altitude,the urine ketone body and urine protein in young men increased significantly after exercise;?3?When young men underwent low-intensity exercise load,95%of the subjects'urinary biochemical index increased in the negative?normal?range,and 5%of the subjects'urinary biochemical index was close to the positive judgment threshold;?4?At 1765meters and 4255 meters altitude,The changes in the concentration of urinary ketone bodies and protein in young humans are strongly correlated with exercise duration,which can be used as an index to predict the intensity of aerobic exercise load and provide a reference basis for evaluating scientific sports training;?5?After quickly access to higher altitude,The blood oxygen saturation of the young men drops sharply,which is lower than the normal value;after the hypoxic habituation,the blood oxygen saturation returns to normal;?6?After a short time increasing load exercise,the young men's simple response and breadth of memory did not significantly reduce that compared to quite state.
