A Study On Deng Xiaoping Ideology Of Talent In The Period Of Reform And Opening-up

Deng xiaoping's thought on talent in the period of reform and opening-up is an important part of Deng Xiaoping theory. It scientifically analyses the new things, new problems and new tasks of the talent construction under the new situation of reform and opening-up and socialist modernization. The thought is a great theoretical achievement gained from the cultivation of talents our country carries on in the course of reform and opening-up and socialist modernization and practice since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the CPC (1978). It has extremely abundant content. I sum up it as five aspects as follows: the thought of valuing talents, training talents, selecting talents, using talents and managing talents. And I'll expound the concrete content of these aspects respectively.Part three, it analyses the main characteristics of Deng xiaoping's thought ontalents in the new period. It inherits the forefathers, though it breaks through the outmoded and criticizes mistakes, thus presenting the characteristic of positive creativity. In addition, the affinity to the people and the policy is also the main characteristic of Deng xiaoping's talent thought.Part four, it summarizes the most important contributions of Deng xiaoping's talent thought to China's reform and opening-up. The period of reform and opening-up is definitely the most prosperous and the brilliant period hi the history of Chinese talents. Under the guidance of Deng xiaoping's thought on talent in the very period, China's talent construction has made much progress. The thought has greatly enriched and developed the talent theory of Marxism. It has built up a strong social mode of valuing knowledge and talents, pushed forward the reform of personnel system and cadre system and promoted the socialist modernization of Chinese talents.
