It is a great subject, which is urgent to be studied and solved by each physical educational institution.The employment situation of 2003's graduates of RE. major in Jiangsu Provincial colleges is investigated and evaluated by means of documents, questionnaire, expert consult, non-structured interview and statistics, etc. The result shows: 1. Emp I oyment Purpose, the first three working places are: "college"- " police and army'\ "primary and middle school"; The 83.7% of graduates hope to be paid between Y800-Y1500 monthly; "Wage and welfare", "district" are also important factors. 2. Employment Behavior, the first four ways are: "participate invitation meetings of applicant"- "recommend by friends & relatives", "parents' arrangement" and "recommend by teachers"; the south part of Jiangsu Province are graduates' main choice; At present graduates spend much on employment which is chiefly used on: "recommendation" > "dress" - "traffic and accommodation cost"> "cost at the aspect that seeks help to friends and relatives"; Most of graduates don't very understand the employment policy. 3. Emp I oyment Conf I i ct, The major trouble are respectively: "the society requirement low " - " unhealthy behaviors in employment" - "lack the oral quiz skills, nervously" > " poor computer and foreign language" and "narrow knowledge" etc; Most of the graduates are dissatisfied at colleges' guidance.Finally, some suggestions from four aspects, e.g. government, college, physical education institute and graduate respectively, were also put forward against existing problems to further improve the present career guidance.!.
