Prove Preliminary Into The Public Relation Administration In Vo-tech Schools

Vo-tech schools have faced an unprecedented stern challenge-the quality of the students' source is lowered; the scale of the school isshrunk; the proportion of the vo-tech education has been largely decreased. The situation is really worrying. The present thesis deals with how to search for a way out for the vo-tech school's better existence and how to help the vO-tech school extricate itself from the difficult position, and go towards its development by improving the administration means, that is, by applying the means of public relation administration to improve the environment inside and outside the school.The thesis expounds from three aspects. The first part is the put-forward of the public relation administration in vo-tech schools. In this part ,the concept of the public relation administration and such administration used in vo-tech schools is given. Its theoretical basis is analyzed. Its theoretical source is found from the systematic theory, the public relation theory, the modern organization theory and the modern administration theory. The second part is the value of the public relation administration used in vo-tech schools. This part deals with the role of the public relation administration in vo-tech schools, which is played in helping the schools get rid of difficult position and go towards better existence and development, from the administration's value to the inside of the schools to the outside, from its economic value to its social value. The third part is the choice of the fundamental strategies of the public relation administration in vo-tech schools. How to realize the value of the public relation administration is discussed from practical operation. Six aspects of strategy are chosen in the present thesis: the cultivation of the consciousness of the public relation administration, the establishment of public relation department, the set of public relation objective, the design and the model of the image of vo-tech schools, the scheme of the publicrelation activities and coordination of public relation. Only from these six aspects vo-tech schools are run, can the objective of public relation administration come into reality.The study method which is employed in the present thesis is the combination of the theoretical thinking debate ane practical investigation. On one hand, a large number of data were looked up, on the other hand, most of the vo-tech schools in Hengyang were relatively investigated .
