Since "New Course Standards" issued in July 2001, the new maths textbook has been popularized extensively in the middle school. Under what educational development background has the New Course Standards been proclaimed? What are the peculiarities? What are the differences and the identities comparing with the old maths-teaching programme and how is the difference does the teaching material present the knowledge comparing with the old materials under the New Course Standards? How does the new teaching material complement in the class present the notions of the New Course Standards? Which aspects do the classroom teaching innovate from? What is the concept of the teachers who plays the dominant role in the class and how is the teachers' behavior? How do the students change their actions on study under the New Course Standards, and how these actions attached to the classroom teaching? And how these do actions make the teachers and students learn in these activities and improve the teaching efficiency to enhance the ethical standards. All these contents will be explored hardly in this thesis, in order to reach expected effect; On the basis of learning modern teaching theory, this thesis also explores the basis of classroom innovation theoretically according to the Piyajie's epistemology & phylogeny and Aosubeier's the meaning of mechanism.The new teaching material reformed a lot in it's compiling and system under the New Course Standards, but the final results is to carry it out in the classroom. So the classroom teaching must be explored on the basis of carrying and inheriting traditional teaching methods, and try to present the ideas and quintessence of the New Course Standards so as to enhance the all-round development of the students.The thesis explored the train of thoughts and approach of theclassroom reform in the methods of " practical investigation combined with theory", and summarize while practise in the course of teaching so as to accumulate some experiences for the reform, all these make the reform more deeply and meticulously. The classroom teaching should develop step by step from the aspects of "opening" and " researching" so to treat maths as the human impetus to development. And to think the maths educational problem from the growth and development of the students and to improve over-all ethical standards of the students understand the course target and classroom reform of mathematics. In class, the main target is to change the study methods of the students so as to make them learn how to learn from the course to fit in with the needs of learning in their whole life. The classroom teaching should train their consciousness of thinking over and over again and create a comfortable maths-learning environment; and enhance the ability of their practice to make them learn from intercommunication.Under the New Course Standards, the teachers' teaching behavior has changed from the "be at a commanding position" or "rule the students with power" to treat every student equally. This makes everybody know that maths is everybody's maths; it's not only somebody's maths. The classroom teaching is to make the students learn the most valuable maths and train their active aspirant consciousness.Many conclusions of this thesis.are obtained from the practices in the guidance of the theory. It needs to be riched in future teaching.
