Mainly according to physiological characteristics of the female, by the efforts of many researchers, who created an engineering system about a set of human bodies standard physique and the best qualities of beauty of human figure, and developed a set of computer system of measurement and evaluation and a set of standard design methods of skeleton construction classification mode. It is a multi-functional industry engineering system about beauty and health. . From 1996,when Shaping headquarters was established in China to now, the shaping clubs in Peking there are 53 ones. Shaping has brought the fever of body-building in China. In order to promote stable and healthy development of all people's body-building, it is necessary to carry out researching shaping.Considering the attending members and coaches of shaping club as the studied objects, and adopting the methods such as documents, questionnaire investigation, specialists' discussion, logical analysis, datum statistic, and the thesis drew some conclusions and brought forth some advice based on the present of the coaches and the members in shaping clubs.1 Shaping is the engineering system of beauty and health with patent. It is applied to the development of Family Sport and Fitness, and the need of health and beauty of the female. The development speed of shaping club is so rapid in our country that only in Peking there are 53 clubs. 2 The age of coaches is about 25-30, which is reasonable. The grade structure of the coaches is reported as the "Rhombus form"; the culture degree of the coaches characteristics is "low two sides and high center" .The way of coaches training is distinctive The promotion system of the clubs requests high to coaches' including high figure grade etc. 3.The members of club are mainly the young , with higher culture degree .Most of them are the white-collared females such as private occupation. Their income level is higher; they have the certain economic ability. Most of them have the trend of presuing the view of healthy body with the esthetic sense. They appreciate and enjoy slender, comparison diapason.4 After training, different aged members whose chest measurement, waistline, hip rounding, thigh rounding, F%, BMI have different changes except the members whose chest measurement in the age of 25-29 and 35-39.But the thin weight did not show the different changes (P>0.05). The muscle weight of members increases or reducing is not outstanding, the decrease of the weight is due to adipose of fat, this is the real reduce weight. It has a positive effect to beautiful curve, lines, and preventing the heart disease. 5After training, physique, posture and walk, sit public situation of members have different changes .To those members who have neck-ache, loins ache, high blood pressure, have the positive treatment function; that is; it strengthens the members' abilities of communication and improves members' work abilities. Shaping system not only pays attention to posture and walk but also pays attention to outside; this is a kind of physical perfection suitable for female. The author brought forth some advice on the factors that affect the development of shaping system. And this advice can be taken into account by the decision departments.1.
