Research Into Ideological And Political Work Of Higher Vocational Technology College Students

Under our party's education policy and specific requirements for higher vocational technology education, the ideological and political work of students in higher vocational technology college is to affect and cultivate the college students, with the application of ideological and political work's law. Then hopes the youth accept it in the end and it will become the guide of their behaviors and actions. This thesis specially talks about new explore and research into the work both in theory and practice. It consists of four parts.Part I: The thesis introduces the development of higher vocational technology education, andthe importance of reinforcing ideological and political work in college. It analyzes the current situation of higher vocational technology education. And the importance of reinforcing the work is the starting point of whole paper.Part II: The thesis sets forth the characters of ideological and political work in collegestudents. Analyzing the source of college students.; their thought, behavior and mentality, etc. And then summarize the features of the work, which is the basis of ideological and political work's law.Part III: It analyzes the problems and causes existing in the work. And this is the key anddifficult point, which this thesis wants to explore. There are many problems existed, such as little connection between theory and practice of the work, poor pertinency in methods of the work, producing little effect, no highly qualified instructors and negative impacts that the Internet brings. The paper analyzes those five factors respectively. It also analyzes five causes that resulted in those above-mentioned problems. They are: the research into the work, not disclosing its essence; no enough awareness of its importance; no amplified mechanism; imperfection in evaluation system; not effective in supervising, managing and guiding the usage of Internet.Part IV: Strengthen and improve the counter-measures to the work. This is the thesis" keypoint, and it is this part that brings forth new ideas. The thesis researches deeply the ideological and political work of students in higher vocational technology college from the following four aspects: to amplify effective mechanism; to improve the quality of the instructors; to give prominence to features of the work; to make the working methods better.
