Study On The Open Training Model For The Teachers Of Vocational Education

With the development of vocational education, the issues of teachers of vocational education has been a bottleneck in the good development of vocational education in our nation . Bringing forward an idea of constructing an open , multi-access teachers' training model in the vocational education field is the aim of this article.In this article , the existing teachers' condition and the training model in the vocational education field in our nation are analyzed. It also puts forward the theoretic foundation of constructing the open teachers' training model in the vocational education field on the basis of referencing the experience of teachers' training of the developed countries, discusses the necessarily and possibility of universities joining to train the teachers of vocational education. Associated with the fact in our country, two kinds of training models of teachers of vocational education is put forward: the model of education school in universities and the model of cooperation between normal college and universities. Moreover ,the issues on the two models ,such as realizing conditions, the course of constructing ,merits ,shortcomings, ongoing problems etc are also discussed. Lastly , it primarily probes into the guarantee system of the open teachers' training model from the layer of institution, that is to perfect the qualification certificate system of teachers of vocational education ,and to set up the authentication system in the training organization of teachers of vocational education.
