| The fact that peasants make up the majority of the population of our country is the fundamental realities of China. Many wake people have agreed on making researches on village and paying attention to peasants. Influence of Rural Social Mobility on Peasant's Social Life is the research project which is carried out in the macro-background when all the society is paying attention to Three-Peasant problems. As an agricultural scientific worker, the author spent a lot of care on rural social mobility and spent two months in researching systematically on this in villages in Jianchang County.This article confirms predecessors' achievements on rural social mobility. With the continuous adjustment of national policies, the relative research of academic circles has changed from whether peasant's mobility into city should be restrained to the description on the living standard after peasant entering the city with a further discussion on the potential influence of peasant as a new structural factor on social structure. Firstly social stratification and mobility is studied. From the point of household register mobilized peasant is studied as the transition person between peasant and worker and edge person between villager and citizen. Secondly conflict and unsocial problems are discussed. Emphases are put on solving restraint problems towards peasant. Thirdly people's modernization and rural modernization are studied. Attention is paid to transition of recurrent peasant and group in way of life and value concept. Fourthly the relationship between country and society is studied. Peasant mobility is considered as citizen bud characteristic. The significance and influence of peasant mobility are studied from higher area. The influences of rural social mobility on peasant's social life are presented in both the active aspect and the passive aspect. Peasant mobility has made food, clothing, housing and transportation more modern; marriage and family more liberalized and democratized; value concept and market consciousness awake constantly; Peasant mobility has exerted a passive influence, many new task has to be faced and this caused the absent of head of public administration so that villager's right in participating in public administration can't be realized. It has brought great impact on rural cultural and educational undertakings. The concept of "Education is useless" becomes more and more popular in many peasants' mind. To construct an overall well-to-do society in the rural area is facing great challenge. As an agricultural county, Jianchang can be said to be the epitome of the whole country. Strategy in solving problems of basic condition of rural social mobility in Jianchang County possesses popular significance. In order to solve the problem in rural social mobility, to tend towards the advantages and avoid disadvantages, town and township enterprises developing strategy should be adjusted to accomplish the urban and rural industry integration. Household register system reform should be strengthened to speed up the urbanization. Public financial system should be set up to promote rural education, sanitation, etc, which are benefit for social undertaking development to give an impetus to rural overall advancement. Scientific regulated land exchange system should be set up quickly. The land using rate should be raised to promote rural population's regular and ordered flow. Perfect social security system must be set up as soon as possible. Labors that go outside should be encouraged to come back home to start an enterprise to accomplish the local shift of rural surplus labors, so that peasants are shifted to non-agricultural industry to push on the rural urbanization process. To carry out these strategies and measures is good to solve Three-Peasant problem, plan rural – urban development, quicken steps in all – round constructing the well-to-do society, and that must have a profound significance.
