Peer's conflict handling resolution means the means and ways to realize theirown aims or compete others. It is the behavior model to tend to apply in conflictsituations. Since 1980s, the researches on peer's conflict are more and moreemphasized. The researches outside countries are in detail. But the researches in ourcounties are more about college students, and the researches on Junior high schoolstudents are few.The paper firstly introduced the definition of peer's conflict handling resolution,and also gave comprehensive review of category and the relation research in westerncountries. Then we made one questionnaire on peer's conflict handling resolutions ofJunior school students by ourselves. The result indicated that the questionnaire wasmade of four factors: question resolving, obliging, avoiding and competing. We usethe questionnaires to investigate the Junior school students in shanghai. The Resultsindicated: (1) there was significant difference of sex in factor "question resolving". (2)There was significant difference of grades in factor "avoiding". (3) There wassignificant difference of social status in factor "question resolving". (4)Thepersonality factors "psychiatry", "introversion-extroversion", "nervousness"weresignificant predictable to "problem resolving". But "psychiatry"is significantpredictable to "obliging".
