The modern education is a kind of collective and coordinative occupation labor. Seeing from the inner part of the school, only have all the teacher and the educate governor in accordance with the educate worker and all the student can help each other, solidify, join force with one mind, then can realize the goal of education of the school. Extend along with the course content, the integrative and holistic course gradually replaces the cent section or one-way course. People are already have far more comprehension of the curriculum development, beyond the reach of a kind of pure" technique" works, but incline toward from different level of structure or category, related groups and benefits, background and support etc. various angles to analyze the curriculum development problem more completely. Therefore, the teacher had the variety of the root with the relation of the curriculum development .Teacher is no longer just the passivity of an education contents delivers, but an active adjustment, even researcher, or creator. But personal profession in teacher knowledge, experience or abilities is limited after all, for realizes in teaching integration that educate the contents, it is inevitable that the teacher of the different course, different class breaks the partition to the alignment cooperation.According to the children's characteristic, each class install two teachers with a child-care worker in kindergarten, three people undertake the class work together. Therefore, the cooperative relation between teachers and the child-care worker will directly affect the education quantity of the class. According to the original intention of the personnel install way, the teacher must adopt the cooperative work method, rather than idiomatic individual in common teacher work method to handle class problem.This text is based on the related theories of Social Psychology, Pedagogy, and Management. The match-teacher's research about the cooperation present condition can be divided into two stages. The First Stageis the choose process of match-teachers .It includes primarily four aspects of the problems: the first is several methods of choosing match-teacher; the second is the same or different standpoint of the parent, the teacher and the manager about choosing match-teacher; the third is the difficulties of the manager in the choosing process, and the forth is teacher's personal factor in cooperative influence. The Second Stage is the cooperation process in teaching. The teacher's cooperative behaviors can be divided two forms: the system rules the work that match-teachers complete together; and the teacher's cooperation behavior in teaching. Summary and analyze the problems in two sorts of match-teachers cooperation. In regard to above two stages, the former is main at static analysis, generalizing the factors may affect the teacher's cooperation. The latter is in dynamical investigation, analyzing the existing problem among them. The last part of the text is primarily the writer's thinking of the present cooperation condition about match-teachers. First, considering which groups that the match-teachers belong to Second, according to the method analysis of the group dynamics, this part explain that how to urge the match-teacher generate the function of cooperative force in teaching activity. Connecting the research of the match-teacher work's behavior type, explain how to make teachers and kindergartener put the study together with the work in the class teaching. The teacher's cooperative mind the mode and the idea of management will directly affect the cooperation of the match-teachers.
