Homosexuality is found through literatures to be a basic behavior pattern that existed and exists commonly in almost every civilization in human history, in which ancient Greek civilization is a spectacular one, which saw homosexuality as a branch of "higher education". Homosexuality situation in West and East Jin Dynasties and South-North Dynasties Period in Chinese history was the time that could be mentioned in the same breath with that in ancient Greek. After the eye-catching Greek civilization, homosexuality had experienced the cruel treatment in the long Middle Ages in Europe, and many societies outside Europe and America took harsh laws and severe punishments toward homosexuality as well. Although Chinese homosexuals didn't suffer like those in Europe, and even flourished in Ming and Qing dynasties, this phenomenon appeared now visible and then invisible in ancient literatures. With the progress of civilization, esp., the homosexual movements all over the west countries in the 20th century, people's knowledge and attitude toward homosexuality changed from thinking it of evil to abnormal and ill condition, and now a common sexual orientation as heterosexuality.Classic theories to comprehend and explain homosexuality, such as in born theory, which accepts that homosexuality was formed because of the nature and impediment of the organs; and creative deviant theory, which suggests that homosexuality is a creative transgression because of the abnormal social structure;and sub-culture contract theory thinks homosexuality is formed after certain people accepted and learned the sub-culture of the special groups; and the most impressing Freud Psychology theory believes that homosexuality is the effect of cease or restrain at some stage in the sexual psychological development, which all took it for granted that homosexuality is surely abnormal, and should be corrected and treated by all means. However, the failure of "changing" and "curing" homosexuals proved that the idea that homosexuality is a disease or a inversion in sexual orientation and the extended practice are wrong.Through the review of AIDS history and the analysis of the behavior characters of homosexuals, as well as the statistics data, the thesis points out that gays are the most vulnerable group to HIV/AIDS. I believe that it's the common responsibility of the whole human kind to fight against HIV/AIDS, the prejudice as well as stigma to homosexuals is incorrect. The discrimination against homosexuals in history and the stigma affected by the relationship made homosexuals conceal both their identities and behaviors, which caused their life of sex, feeling and marriage more complex. Although homosexuals don't have the basis of marrying the other gender, most of them did or will marry a woman under kinds of pressure from social cultural norms. They seldom or even never have sex with their wives, lack of deep communication, and cool in other aspects of family life, so they have to leave their home for places as WCs, parks, gardens, bars and public bathrooms to find sex and spiritual sustenance. These places have different functions for homosexuals, but they are also full of dangers, where cheat, extortion and rob often happen. The thesis also discovered by observing and inquiring homosexuals that they could not make a firm couple long and have to rove between wife and partners. In the way to seek their lives, as well as sex and love, homosexuals find many difficulties and uncertainties, they have to hesitate between family and the society, and often change associating objects (Boy Friends), jobs and living environments. So the word Tiao-piao", which is the name of homosexuals called by the society and themselves in Sichuan and Chongqing, is the portrait of their working and livingconditions, because aimless wandering is the living style of many homosexuals. The appendices show the homosexual sub-culture as the diversity aspect of the human civilization through explanation and analysis of the languages such as "419", etc., and the symbol as rainbow flag of homosexuals, and point out that the representative of homosexual sub-culture seeks the unity and harmony of the whole society.
