In accordance with the objective reality of the secondary-normal-school education, it is of great significance to create maths teaching circumstances fit for the students' characters, so as to mobilize their initiative, enthusiasm, creativity, sense of participation as well as cultivate their occupational shills. As regards theory and practice, the paper mainly analyses and explores how to utilize the theory of teaching circumstances in the secondary-normal-school maths teaching.Mainly stating in the followings:Firstly,the theory and realization of creating maths teaching circumstances;Secondly,the usual forms of creating maths teaching circumstances;Thirdly,the practical research of creating maths teaching circumstances.
