On Learning-typed Society And All-round Development Of Human Beings

Under the guidance of Marxism about the theory of all-round development of human beings and also based on the report given in the Sixteenth Party Representative Congress about establishing a society in which the whole people are eager to learn in their lifetime so that all-round development of human beings will be made, the article points out the establishment of a learning-typed society is the trend that human beings must undergo. It is an important and practical model to enhance all-round development of human beings that should include the following six aspects. Theoretically, the social development is regarded as the harmonic relationship between man and nature, man and society. Strategically, we should place education development at the first place. Procedurally, we should take measures to increase the quality of workers with the help of high technology. Motivationally, we should pursue innovation and creativity. Systematically, we should organize people to study and study in the form of organization. Objectively, all we have done is for enhancing and fulfilling all-round development of human beings.In the author's opinion, the themes of learning-typed society are the followings; to enhance all-round development of human beings; to take the road to establish the learning-typed society at present; to have all-round development of human beings in order to form a learning-typed society; to explore the potentiality of the society; to pay attention to the personnel capital investment; to guarantee the financial need of all-round development; to develop the potentiality for management; to explore models for organizing study; to create environment and developing space; to explore the potentiality of ideas; to have activities enjoyed by common people. In the article, the author emphasizes that setting up a lifelong education system is the foundation and conditions for the learning-typed society, and the learning-typed organization is the road to take. The soul or the most important thing lays on creativity and combination.
