So developing this set of bicycle training simulator will play a very important role in improving the achievement of our country's cycling.On the base of anglicizing the road conditions and resistance of the actual cycling, we have got the slope simulation method of the spiral mechanism, and through the rubbing transmission, the resistance simulation method of magnetic particle brake loading on the rear wheel. We have finished the structure design, loading design and control design of the road condition simulator. Adopt the structure of putting the motor forward and forcing the big sprocket rotation through the chain transmission, and the method of the frequency converter regulates the rotational speed of the motor within the range of certain frequency, PLC programming the rotation rules. We have finished the structure design, the control design and the safe protection design. The complete device is applied to athletes training of the national bicycle team at ordinary times after debugging successfully.In road condition simulator design, the "crank - slip" mechanism composed of the guide screw nut, frame and support rob, it is a kind of innovation of slope simulation method. The use of the torque limiter in the rushing simulator is another innovation.The weak point is that in the road condition simulator having not realized the manyfreedom degree simulation. We propose that increasing the freedom degree simulation and finishing the corresponding visual simulation in the second research and development. In addition, it can also combine the functions of two sets of apparatus, and merge the two training apparatus into a bicycle training simulator with better function.
