With the arising of reflective teaching in international society and under the current situation of the nationwide reform in fundamental education curricula, teachers are required to actively reflect their curricula and teaching behavior and practice reflective teaching. Reflection is a creative and critical activity that intends to continually bring to light the nature and the law of the development of every object and make every action trend to be reasonable. Reflection Teaching is the application and embodiment of "reflection"in teaching activities, which is a conduct that requires a teacher to reflect his teaching behavior continually, consider his embodiment of "reflection"in teaching activities, which is a conduct that requires a teacher to reflect his teaching behavior continually, consider his teaching activities and teaching circumstances as his cognitive targets, analyze and recognize critically and consciously his teaching conduct and teaching process. It is also the process of combining "Learn how to teach"with "learn how to learn"to promote the ratio nativity of the teaching practice and make himself a scholarly teacher. Compared with the traditional common teaching practice, reflective teaching activities focus on teaching purpose and teaching effects, pay special attention to a teacher's reflecting and researching abilities, encourage him to adopt an active attitude towards his teaching, creatively solve problems, emphasizes the co-operation and dialogue between teachers and students and teachers and teachers. Special position, content and duty of senior middle school ideology and politics, challenged from technical revolution, demand of a person's abilities from globlizing economic development, further practice of quality education and so on all require reflective teaching be put into practice as soon as possible. Meanwhile, further research and analysis on reflective teaching, reform of the new curricula, physical and mental improvement of senior middle school students and development of modern science and technology. All provide reflective teaching with possibilities. While designing and practicing reflective teaching in senior middle school Ideology and Politics, a teacher must pay special attention to the following five links: practice in reflective teaching, discovering and discriminating problems, defining teaching aims and writing reflective teaching plans, giving reflective lectures and attending reflective lectures and making scientific evaluations on reflective teaching. To carry out reflective teaching effectively, a teacher of senior middle school ideology and politics should stick to his studies, reconstruct his knowledge and abilities and improve his ability of critical reflection. At the same time, he should help his students to form the habit of reflective learning by strengthening their sense of reflection, making up reflective circumstances, training their reflective skills, enhancing their reflective perseverance and building inter-active reflective relationship. Finally, teachers must make up a democratic, interesting and open circumstance for reflective teaching. Research on senior middle school ideology and politics reflective teaching is a long-term process, which requires on-going reflection and probe.
