The new curriculum standard requires high school ideology and politics teachers to change their original teaching concepts,make people-oriented,improve teaching quality,and the essential aim of them is to train students' core literacy of ideological and political disciplines.An important means to help teachers solve teaching problems is teaching reflection.Through this way,the thought of “a good lesson” can be triggered off by the high school ideology and politics teachers,proceed then,the teaching problems can be improved to create a high-quality class.In this process,not only can it promote teachers' professional ability,but also can cultivate students' competence of ideological and political discipline.In order to effectively implement the educational concept advocated by the new curriculum standards,ideology and politics teachers should try to practice reflection on teaching,improve and grow in reflection.Therefore,based on Literature Research and Empirical Research,this thesis is divided into four parts to study the teaching reflection of senior middle school ideology and politics teachers.Part ? The connotation,characteristic,and value analysis of reflections on the teaching of ideology and politics teachers in senior middle schools.This section defines the relative connotation of “Reflection”,“Teaching Reflection” and “Reflections on the Teaching of High School Ideology and Politics Teachers”.Proceed then,it analyzes the characteristics of reflection on ideological and political teaching in senior middle school,namely the practice,development,time characteristic.Finally,this part explains the value of reflection on senior middle schools' ideology and politics teachers from three aspects : teaching quality,students' quality development and teachers' professional development.Part ? The concrete content analysis of senior middle school ideology and politics teachers' teaching reflection.This section analyzes the concrete content of ideology and politics teachers' teaching reflection are as follows: class teaching organization and practice,teachers' professional development,and students' core literacy development.Part ? Some problems that exist in the teaching reflection of middle school ideology and politics teachers and their causes.This section uses questionnaires as the main method.Through the investigation,it is noticed that middle school ideology and politics teachers have the following four problems: insufficient internal motivation for reflection,insufficient reflection in action,lack of depth and breadth of reflection content,and limited in reflection methods.After that,it analyzes the causes of the problems from three aspects: teachers lack of awareness of their own problems,lack of theoretical knowledge of education support and lack of a good environment for teaching reflection.Part ? Discuss the countermeasures of improving the teaching reflection ability of ideology and politics teachers in middle school.In order to improve the ability of teaching reflection,the senior middle school ideology and politics teachers should begin with four aspects: strengthening the self-consciousness of teaching reflection,enriching the content of teaching reflection,widening the way of teaching reflection and doing well the action after teaching reflection.
