The knowledge , intelligence and nonintellective are main important influence factors in teaching. It is a developing process in theory and a deepening process in realization from passing on knowledge to developing intelligence and cultivating nonintellective factors. How to deal with the relation among passing on knowledge , developing Intelligence and cultivating nonintellective factors is an important issue in education reform nowadays. During 80s-90s in the 20th century in China, a discussion about passing on knowledge , developing intelligence and cultivating nonintellective factors was made fiercely, it is of great reference for understanding and clarificating the basic theories and for the curriculum reform these days .Using documents mainly, the dissertation studied the discussion about passing on knowledge to developing intelligence and cultivating nonintellective factors during 80-90s in the 20th century in China, it summarized the main achievements and the main problems in the discuss, too. The dissertation is divided into five sections: The first section introduces briefly the significance and the present conditions domestic of the study and the nature , the clue, the methods of the study; The second section describes the historical background , the two steps and the main contents of the discussion of passing on knowledge to developing intelligence and cultivating nonintellective factors; The third section summaries and hacks the main viewpoint in the discussion about passing on knowledge and cultivating intelligence and the relationship among them; The forth section is main part of article that is the rational introspection on the discuss about the relationship among passing on knowledge, developing intelligence and cultivating nonintellective factors.
