The research divides the teacher's reflective ability into two parts: teaching reflective ability and self-reflective ability. The research adopts the methods which combines the qualitative study and the quantitative study to observe the characteristics and the influence factors of teacher's reflective ability in primary school. It can be divided into two parts.The first study adopts the quantity-oriented method. Through using questionnaire, it discusses whether the different background factors influence the teacher's teaching reflective ability and self-reflective ability. It also discuss the relation between the teacher's teaching reflective ability , self-reflective ability and the teacher's efficacy.The second study adopts the quality-oriented method. It analyzes the reflective consciousness,the content, the method and the existing problem of the primary school teachers at present which is on the basis of observation, investigation and material object analyzation.The result shows that (l)The characteristic of teacher's reflective pratice shows that the content of teacher's reflective pratice is not overall enough. The teacher's reflective consciousness is faint. The reflective method is single. The visual angle of the teacher' s reflection is narrow. (2) The teacher's different background variances have different influences on the teacher's teaching reflective ability and self-reflective ability. (3)There exists notable relation between the teacher's teaching reflective ability, self-reflective ability and teacher's efficacy.(4)Teacher's working pressure and their reflective quality also makes important influences on their reflective ability .(5) The teacher's educational degree and professional job title have significant regressioanl influence on teacher's reflective ability as well as the teacher's teaching reflection and self reflection.
